Taylor kE2EBR gave a presentation on SSTV (Slow Scan TV). A very interesting presentation and well done.
Announcements
Reminder that they are looking for operators for the Can Am dog sled race.
Tim KB1BRG has a Kenwood TS-520s for sale.
Rob AA1BS donated 20 meter and 40 meter band pass filters to the Club.
Dave AA1LO donated a code oscillator and key to the Club.

Treasurer’s Report
Checking account balance $1488.25.
Check issued to the Hollis Rod and Gun Club for $200.00 leaving a balance of $1288.25.

Public Information Officers Report
Rick AB1ASM reported that publications were becoming scarce and we need to find options for Club information being posted.
It should be noted that Rick has resigned from this position and Ed K1RID will be taking his place. Thanks to Rick for his work over the past year.

Old Business
Susan KC1BSQ advised that she has applied for EIN number with the IRS. Has not received anything back at this time.
Susan is also checking on liability insurance for the Club and will advise when she receives the cost of a policy.
Susan thanked those who participated in Winter Field Day, and added that we made 261 contacts.
New Business
Rob AA1BS made a motion to approve a new position of Event Coordinator.
1st by Rob AA1BS and 2nd by Dave AA1LO voted and approved by members present.
Rob made a motion that Rick KB1ASM be appointed to this new position.

Tony AA3HD brought up about revisiting the Club joining the ARRL and it was decided it would be discussed at the March meeting.
It was also brought up that the new position of Event Coordinator would need a job description.

Summer Field Day location was discussed. Rick KB1ASM will look into the Sanford location and the Eliot locations at the suggestion of members present.
