Presentation
Alan N9APD gave a presentation on “Jungle Broadcasting with HCJB.” Alan showed photographs of the radio station and the town in Ecuador where they will be living. Alan explained that he and his wife will be doing missionary work in this country and he will be working at the Radio Broadcast Station. This was a very good presentation and we wish he and his wife a safe journey to Ecuador.

Treasurer’s Report
Ernie KB4EFX reported we have $1288.25 in the checking account. Ernie advised that he is applying for a debit card for the Club.

Public Information Officers Report
Ed K1RID is the new PIO and requested Brad KC1JMH provide access to the Club Web Page so he can make postings. Brad stated the Web Page is being updated as needed and he will give access to the Web Page.

Old Business
Phil Duggan N1EP, Maine Section Manager for the ARRL, will be doing a Zoom presentation on the benefits of the Club being affiliated with the ARRL.
Taylor KE2EBR will be sending out a Club survey to update members info and one of the questions will be if a member is also a member of the ARRL.
Taylor is also working on updating the membership roster.
Susan KC1BSQ advised the SCORE team recommended the Club purchase liability insurance to protect the Club and members. Susan advised she is working on quotes for the insurance, and will bring quotes to the April meeting.
Susan advised that we have received our EIN number.
New Business
The April 5th meeting falls on Easter so it was proposed we move the meeting to April 12th. Approved by consensus of members present.
